
Refund Policy for Six-Figure Editor

This Return & Refund Policy outlines our position on returns and refunds for any purchases made through our platform.
1. Refund Policy
We offer refunds ony within the first 3 days since initial payment. To be eligible, you must 1) not consume more than 5% of course content, and 2) interact in any of our community areas. After 3 calendar days of enrolling, refunds are strictly forbidden and will not be granted. All refund requests must be made by emailing thomas@ylaunch.com
2. No General Exceptions
This strict policy applies regardless of:
- Purchase method or payment plan
- Usage or non-usage of the course or platform
- Customer satisfaction, expectations, or perceived value
- Technical issues outside of our control
3. Purchase Through Whop.com
By purchasing through Whop, you are also agreeing to their terms and conditions in addition to ours.
4. Chargebacks & Legal Action
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to reverse a valid, agreed-upon transaction will be considered a breach of contract and may result in:
Immediate termination of access to any and all purchased programs or services
Permanent ban from future offerings under the 'Thomas Woodcock' Whop
Legal action, including but not limited to civil claims for damages, fees, and enforcement costs
All chargebacks will be fully documented and disputed with the relevant payment processors. We reserve the right to pursue litigation and/or debt collection if a chargeback is initiated without valid legal cause.
