1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds ony within the first 3 days since initial payment. To be eligible, you must 1) not consume more than 5% of course content, and 2) interact in any of our community areas. After 3 calendar days of enrolling, refunds are strictly forbidden and will not be granted. All refund requests must be made by emailing thomas@ylaunch.com

2. No Guarantee of Content or Outcomes

You will get full access to our course/program, but access to any course or digital platform is provided as-is. There is no promise or guarantee of a minimum amount of content, updates, or features. The platform and its materials may change at any time at our discretion.

3. No Results Guaranteed

We do not make any guarantees regarding outcomes, earnings, transformations, or results. All examples, case studies,

or testimonials are illustrative and not guarantees of what you will achieve.

4. Superseding Prior Representations

This agreement overrides any prior statements, representations, marketing materials, or communications-written, verbal,

or visual. Only these terms apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials are protected intellectual property. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for

educational use only. Redistribution or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of any course or platform materials is at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising

from your participation or inability to access content.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued access constitutes acceptance of any

changes.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the product creator operates. Disputes shall be

resolved through binding arbitration.
